Entering your basic health info allows the site to calculate calories expended on a ride.
Your ride must have heart rate data and this health info entered to start calculating calories for your rides. Otherwise, your calories will not be calculated.
Enter Basic Info
To access to your health info, follow these steps:
Enter the following information:
- Maximum Heart Rate
- Resting Heart Rate
- You can click CALCULATE ZONES for the training zones to be filled automatically.
- Select Gender
- Enter Age
Analyzing Ride Metrics with Heart Rate Data
Now that you have your health info setup, your ride stats will be more accurate and your ride analysis will be more in-depth. Learn more about Analyzing Ride Metrics.
After you have recorded a ride, you can view min/max heart rate, along with other training info, in the Metrics Tab, Elevation Profile, and Calculated Splits.
You can also see your recorded heart rate data next to other sensor data by clicking the (hamburger button) in the left corner of the elevation profile.
