By connecting your Ride with GPS account to Strava, you’ll be able to automatically sync the rides recorded on the Ride with GPS app, or manually uploaded from a Garmin unit, to your Strava account. Your rides will upload to Strava with your Strava account’s privacy settings. This privacy setting may be different than your Ride with GPS activity privacy.

Connecting to Strava requires a free Strava account which you can create here.

Sync limit:

– Recorded Rides on the Ride with GPS app will only sync to Strava from time of sync forward.
– The sync process will not pull data from Strava to Ride with GPS.
– It will not pull older data from your Ride with GPS account to Strava.
– It will not sync Wahoo recorded rides.
